StylePointer holds no responsibility or liability of any kind to you or to any third party if the Content is not displayed, or is removed, deleted or distorted in any way after the Content is posted on StylePointer.

StylePointer does not guarantee the availability of the Service and that you acknowledge that StylePointer would not hold any responsibility or liability of any kind to you or to any third party if the Service is not available at anytime or your Content or other Content posted by other users are not available via the Service or the Site.

Release from Claims

If you have a dispute with one or more of our users or with one or more of our affiliated partners, you release us (and our founders, officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
